What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash upon delivery, bank transfer, and card payments. In-store purchases can be paid for with credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

Can I order for delivery outside the UAE?

Yes. Please contact our concierge to place an international order. Delivery outside the UAE is charged per order, and the fee depends on the destination country. Customs taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you, which may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will confirm the delivery date upon payment confirmation.

Is my personal information kept private?

We confirm that any Personal Information which you provide to us and any User Information from which we can identify you, is confidential and private. We use your information only for the purpose of processing your orders and shipment.

International Delivery Policy

Delivery outside the UAE is charged once per order. The fee is calculated by destination country and confirmed before your order is sent.

The delivery time depends on the destination country. Our team will tell you the expected delivery date once you place your order.

Customs taxes and duties are the customer's responsibility.

Your HASHI piece will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and packed in our branded boxes. If you have any questions, please email info@hashi.ae, our team will be delighted to help.

Can I place a custom order to Hashi?

We love nothing more than a challenge (and a customer who knows her own mind). We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred metal or diamond colors. If it’s a completely bespoke piece you’re after, just send us an email at info@hashi.ae. Please be aware that sales of custom pieces are final.

What do I do if I have damaged my Hashi Jewellery?

We would advise you to stop wearing the item and if there are any broken pieces, to wrap them carefully together. As soon as possible, please pop in to Hashi office where we will be able to assess the item and give you more detailed advice.
